Universal, paintable sealing and putty material for work inside buildings.
Area of use: doors, window frames, windowsills and wall joints, gaps; stairs, floors, walls, ceiling joints and gaps; for sealing and grouting concrete, plaster, plasterboard, wood cracks, cracks, joints inside buildings.
Features: weak, specific smell, sticks and hardens on various (except bituminous and polyethylene) surfaces, unhardened AKRILAS PROFI is easily washed off with water. Hardened ACRYLIC PROFI is elastic (relative elongation > 200%), paintable, does not change its properties from -25?C to +80?C.
Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, firm, degreased, rust free, ferrous metal surfaces must be primed or painted. It is recommended to prime weak mineral surfaces with PRO primer UNIGRUNT before applying AKRILAS PROFI.
Working conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C and not higher than +40°C, the optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity.
Application: Apply to sealing surfaces or apply to caulking, caulking joint, gap or seam and remove excess with a damp cloth. Depending on the thickness of the applied layer, the surface can be painted after 8-48 hours.
Drying time: at an air temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 65%: non-sticky after 30 minutes, fully hardened within 1-2 weeks, depending on the thickness of the layer.
Cleaning tools: Rinse with water immediately after work.
Color: White.
Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!
Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour into drains, watercourses or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep the container tightly closed in a well-ventilated area. Keep out of reach of children.
