AKRILSIL
Universal, highly elastic, paintable sealing and gluing material for interior work.
Area of use: cracks, cracks, joint joints up to 1.5 mm wide in doors, window frames, window sills, sanitary units, walls, stairs, floors, ceiling joints, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, polystyrene foam, ceramics, wood products sealing and gluing inside and outside buildings.
Features: paintable, weak, specific smell, adheres and hardens on various (except bituminous and polyethylene) surfaces, uncured ACRYLIC is easily washed off with water, extremely elastic (relative elongation up to 300%).
Surface preparation: Surfaces must be solid, clean, degreased, rust-free, ferrous surfaces must be primed or painted. It is recommended to prime weak mineral surfaces with PRO primer UNIGRUNT before applying ACRYLSIL.
Working conditions: the temperature of the base and the environment during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C and not higher than +40°C, the optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and a relative humidity of 65%.
Application: Apply to sealing surfaces or apply to sealing, adhesive joint, gap or seam and remove excess with a damp cloth. Depending on the thickness of the applied layer, the surface can be painted after 8-36 hours.
Drying time: at an air temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 65%: non-sticky after 60 min, fully hardened within 1-2 weeks, depending on the thickness of the layer.
Cleaning tools: Rinse tools with water immediately after work.
Color: White.
Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!
Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour into drains, watercourses or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep the container tightly closed in a well-ventilated area. Keep out of reach of children.
