Field of application: glue for gluing standard and non-standard plasterboard joints on wooden and metal structures. For interior work.
Features: very firmly glues standard and non-standard joints of plasterboard panels, greatly increases the adhesion of plasterboard panels to profiles, weak, specific smell. Plasterboard joint glue allows you to significantly reduce the number of wood screws needed for fastening plasterboard panels. In addition, the use of plasterboard joint adhesive eliminates the need for a reinforcing mesh, which prevents surface thickening in place of plasterboard joints and reduces the amount of putty required for continuous grouting. All this allows not only to save the amount of materials used for decoration, but also to significantly shorten the working time and significantly increase the work productivity.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be clean. Non-standard seams must be primed with PRO primer PUTZ before gluing, without diluting the primer.
Working conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must be no lower than +5°C and no higher than +30°C, optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity.
Gluing: apply glue on the edge of the fixed plasterboard and the contact point of the profile in a continuous line. Press the other plasterboard board to the board applied with glue and fix it, wipe off the excess glue. The seam glued with plasterboard joint glue must be applied with PRO.TAK putty and leveled.
Drying time: at +20°C temperature and 65% relative air humidity: ~24 hours.
Cost: 70g/1m seams.
Cleaning tools: Rinse with water immediately after work.
Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!
Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour into drains, watercourses or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep the container tightly closed in a well-ventilated area. Keep out of reach of children.
