Purpose: for gluing decorative foam polystyrene panels on concrete, plaster, plasterboard, MPP and OSB panels indoors.
Properties: ready to use, not strong, specific smell, good adhesion to the surface.
Surface preparation: the surface must be smooth, dry, firm and clean. To remove adhesion-reducing substances - grease, grease, dust, loose particles, dirt, chalk or adhesive paint, moisture-resistant putty.
Working conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C, the optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity.
Gluing: mix the glue well, do not dilute it. The glue can be applied on the panels to be glued, as well as on the base. Press and hold the panel to be glued until it sticks.
Consumption: 4 - 7 m²/kg.
Drying time: at +20°C temperature and 65% relative air humidity: fully hardens within 24 hours.
Cleaning tools: wash tools with water immediately after work.
Storage and transportation conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!
Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour adhesive into drains, watercourses or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
