Purpose: ready-to-use, well-adhering adhesives are intended for gluing various types of wallpaper (paper, vinyl and acrylic paper-based, fabric-based vinyl, glass fabric and other woven and non-woven, as well as paintable wallpapers) to mineral (plaster, plasterboard, concrete) ) and wooden surfaces, as well as MPP, MDP and OSB panels.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry and firm. Remove adhesion-reducing substances - fats, oils, dust, loose particles, dirt. To clean chalk and glue paints. Fill cracks and unevenness. Surfaces that absorb moisture should be primed with PRO PENETRATING, CONsolidating primer. Glossy, slippery surfaces (e.g. enamel paint) should be roughened to a matte finish and dusted off.
Working conditions: the temperature of the base and the environment during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C, the optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity.
Bonding: Mix the glue well before use. Cut the wallpaper exactly into strips of the required length. Apply glue to the surface to be glued and press the prepared wallpaper strips to it from top to bottom, as well as from the middle to the edges. Working time - 20 - 30 minutes, during this time glue must be applied and wallpaper strips pressed. The drying time of the glue depends on the temperature and humidity of the environment. At higher temperatures and lower humidity, the glue dries faster.
Consumption: 5 - 7 m²/kg.
Drying time: at a temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 65%: ~12 hours.
Cleaning tools: Rinse with water immediately after work.
Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!
Environmental and Occupational Safety: Do not pour adhesive into drains, watercourses or soil. It has a specific smell. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
