FOR CONCRETE FLOORS

Field of application: to reinforce concrete floor surface before painting with paints PRO DAŽAI GRINDIMS. Indoors and outdoors use.

Features: binds dust, especially deeply penetrates, strengthen and improves paint adhesion with priming surface, have mild, specific odour.

Surface preparation: surfaces must be clean, strong and dry. Remove all adhesion-reducing materials such as grease, oil, dust.

Working conditions: surface and ambient temperature during work and drying must be at least +5°C; optimum conditions are at +20°C and 65% RH.

Use: shake the primer before priming. After concreting the floor, it can be primed no earlier than 2-3 months later. Apply the primer richly with a brush and roller in an even layer (without leaving any unabsorbed excess). Surfaces that absorb moisture must be primed 2 times without waiting for the first layer to dry.

Consumption:  50–150ml/m² depending on surface absorption.

Drying time: at +20°C temperature and 65% relative air humidity ~3 hours.

Storage and carriage conditions:at least + 5ºC and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing! 

Environmental and work safety: do not pour into drains, water reservoirs or soil. The primer has a specific smell. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protective equipment. If swallowed, immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Keep away from children.

Volatile organic compounds: 1.1.8h) limit value 30g/l. The maximum in ready to use product is no more than 29,95g/l.
