CONCENTRATE

Field of application: for reinforcing various porous, highly moisture-absorbing, puttied, plaster, gypsum board, concrete and other mineral surfaces before puttying, between puttied layers and glueing tiles. Indoors and outdoors use.

Surface preparation: priming surface must to be clean, strong and dry. Clean grease, oil, dust, glue residue, old paint, chalky surface.

Working conditions: the base and ambient temperature during work and drying must be at least +5°C; optimum conditions are at +20°C and 65% RH.

Use: before use, depending on the primed surface, dilute the primer with water in a ratio of 1: 4 to 1: 7. Weaker surfaces (eg old, crumbling plaster) are primed with a lower dilution, and stronger surfaces (such as concrete) are primed with higher dilution. Apply the primer with an even layer of brush. For heavily absorbent surfaces (eg silicate blocks), depending on the dilution of the concentrate, it may be necessary to prime twice. The second primer is made after the previous layer is dry.

Consumption:  50 - 200 ml/m² ( diluted primer) depends on surface absorption.

Drying time: at +20°C temperature and 65% relative air humidity: ~ 1 – 3 hours.

Cleaning of tools: wash the tools with water immediately after use.

Storage and carriage conditions: at least + 5ºC and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!

Environmental and work safety: do not pour into drains, water reservoirs or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protective equipment. If swallowed, immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Keep away from children.

Volatile organic compounds: 1.1.8h) VOC limit value 30g/l. The maximum in ready to use product 29,95g/l.
