PENETRATING, STRENGTHENING

Field of application: to reinforce various porous, very absorbing moisture surfaces such as plaster, gypsum plaster, concrete and other mineral surfaces before filling and glueing tiles. Indoors and outdoors use.

Properties: dried primer forms a film, reduce water absorption and bonds dust, has a mild specific odour.

Surface preparation: surfaces must be clean, strong and dry. Remove all adhesion-reducing materials such as grease, oil, dust, glue residue, old paint, chalky surface.

Working conditions: surface and ambient temperature during work and drying must be at least +5°C; optimum conditions are at +20°C and 65% RH.

Use: mix the primer well before use. Apply primer using a brush. Highly moisture absorbing surface (silicate bricks) prime 2 times. Apply the second layer only after the first one is completely dry. Priming weak surface (old sanding plaster), the primer must be richly applied 1 – 2 times, without waiting until it dries. Priming dense surfaces it is recommended to dilute the primer with water up to 30%.

Consumption:  50 – 200 ml/m² depends on surface absorption.

Drying time: at +20°C temperature and 65% relative air humidity ~ 1 - 3 hours.

Cleaning of tools: wash the tools with water immediately after use.

Storage and carriage conditions: at least + 5ºC and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing! 

Environmental and work safety: do not pour into drains, water reservoirs or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protective equipment. If swallowed, immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Keep away from children.

Volatile organic compounds: 1.1.8h) VOC limit value 30g/l. The maximum in ready to use product no more than 29,95g/l.
