About product

Purpose: for leveling plasterboard, plastered, concrete and other mineral surfaces before painting with 1-5 class water dispersion paints or wallpapering, as well as for gluing paper tapes on GKP seams and on internal a nd external corner joints. Ideal for use with airless spray equipment and roller applications. For interior work. Recommended for all putty layers.

Features: ready for use, good adhesion to the surface and paper, as well as paper - metallized tape, not strong specific smell, easy to apply and level, very little shrinkage ("sits") when drying and does not crack, easy to sand.

Surface preparation: surfaces to be plastered must be clean, firm and dry. To remove substances that reduce

adhesion - grease, grease, dust, glue, mortar residues, old peeling paint, chalky surfaces. Before grouting, prime the strong surfaces prepared in this way with the PENETRATING, CONsolidating primer, and prime the weak, porous, calcareous or chalky surfaces with the PRO primer SPECIAL BLUE.

Sealing conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C, optimal sealing conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity.

Putty: before use, if necessary, mix the putty lightly until smooth. Apply the putty with a roller or mechanized spraying, forming a layer up to 3 mm thick and leveling. Sealing again (applying another layer of putty) is possible only after the first layer of putty has completely dried. For surface

scrubbing, use abrasive paper or scrubbing mesh from No. 180 to no. 220. Between the putty layers, if they will be scrubbed, prime with PRO PENETRATING, CONsolidating primer. Before painting, if the plastered surface has been scrubbed, prime with UNIGRUNT PRO primer.

Consumption: 0.3 - 1.6 kg/m² depending on the smoothness of the plastered surface.

Drying time: when the air temperature is +20°C and the relative air humidity is 65%, the surface applied with a 1 mm putty layer can be sanded after 2-4 hours, and the putty dries completely after 24 hours.

Cleaning tools: wash tools with water immediately after work.

Storage and transportation conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5ºC and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!

Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour putty into drains, watercourses or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water. In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
