Area of use: area: for gluing ceramic tiles, ceramics, glass, sawn wood structures, various wood panels, fiberglass, metals. It is very good for gluing ceramic tiles, polystyrene foam plates and other finishing and insulation materials to wooden surfaces, fibreboard, chipboards, old ceramic tiles, dense concrete and various painted (except for chalk and adhesive paints) surfaces. Very well suited for gluing floating floor coverings, as well as gluing on surfaces with large temperature changes, i.e. finishing of furnaces, heating walls, etc.
Features: specific smell, elastic, good adhesion and temperature resistance (from -40°C to +100°C).
Surface preparation: Surfaces must be dry, clean, degreased and free of rust. Chalk and adhesive paint must be removed.
Working conditions: the temperature of the base and environment during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C, the optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity.
Bonding: apply glue to the surfaces to be bonded in dots, straight or wavy lines and press firmly. Press and hold the part to be glued until it sticks.
Drying time: at a temperature of +20°C and a relative humidity of 65%: does not stick after 30 minutes, fully hardens in 2-3 days.
Cleaning tools: uncured silicone adhesive can be removed with a cloth moistened with white spirit, dried - only mechanically.
Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!
Technical data: density (relative weight) – 1.54kg/l; content of non-volatile substances - >70%; adhesive strength under shear force - >0.6 N/mm²; peel resistance - >0.50 N/mm².
Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour into drains, watercourses or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep the container tightly closed in a well-ventilated area. Keep out of reach of children.
