PRO.REIBER
It is best suited for plastering facades insulated with polystyrene foam. Acrylic with silicone additives
Rain
Field of application: structural plastering of plastered, concrete, silicate blocks, plasterboard, brickwork and other mineral surfaces. It is best suited for plastering facades insulated with polystyrene foam. For outdoor and indoor work.
Features: Ready for use, good adhesion to the surface, plasticity due to the used synthetic reinforcement fiber, easy to apply and level, mild, specific smell, resistant to the effects of atmospheric factors, toned. Silicone additives used in the production of plaster reduce the adhesion of dirt and water absorption to the plastered surface. Thanks to the contained biocidal product, the active ingredient of which is zinc pyrithione, acrylic structural plaster PRO.REIBER is resistant to mold (fungi), algae and bacteria.
Surface preparation: the substrate must be firm (not crumbly), dry and clean. Remove adhesion-reducing substances - oils, grease, dust, mortar residues, old peeling paint, chalky surfaces. Weak and porous surfaces must first be primed with PRO SILSIL primer, then primed with PRO.KONTAKT, which increases the adhesion to the surface, immediately prime hard surfaces with PRO.KONTAKT, which increases the adhesion to the surface (if the decorative plaster is tinted, it is also recommended to tint the primer in the color corresponding to the decorative plaster) .
Working conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C, the optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity. Do not work in direct sunlight, strong drafts, or rain. Cement surfaces must be mature (apply PRO.REIBER structural plaster on a layer of new plaster or reinforcement mixture no earlier than 28 days, and on concrete - no earlier than 90 days). Make sure that aggressive chemical substances do not migrate to the surface applied with structural plaster PRO.REIBER.
Plastering: Mix structural plaster well before use. The structural plaster should be applied manually (with a metal spatula) and smoothed with a plastic spatula, forming the desired pattern ("Rain" - vertical, "Kirvarpa" - circular movements).
Costs: depending on fraction size 1.5mm – 1.6-2.1kg/m²; 2.0mm – 2.7-3.2kg/m²; 2.5mm – 3.2-3.5kg/m²; 3.0mm – 3.5-4.0kg/m².
Drying time: at a temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 65%: ~48 hours. At lower air temperature or higher relative air humidity, the drying time is extended.
Cleaning tools: Rinse with water immediately after work.
Color: White, various shades available.
Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from freezing!
Technical data: binder - copolymer acrylic dispersion; density (comparative weight) – 1.8 kg/l; the content of non-volatile substances - ?80%; fraction size - 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm; the diluent is water.
Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour plaster into drains, watercourses or soil. Try not to inhale the vapors. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children. EUH208 - May cause an allergic reaction.
