About product
Description

Field of application: structural plastering of plastered, concrete, silicate blocks, plasterboard, brickwork and other mineral surfaces. It is best suited for plastering insulated with mineral wool, as well as old facades plastered with mineral plaster. For outdoor and indoor work.

Properties: Ready for use, good adhesion to the surface, plasticity due to the synthetic reinforcement fiber used, easy to apply and level, mild, specific smell, weather resistant, tintable. The silicone dispersion used in plaster production greatly improves water vapor permeability, and silicone additives reduce the adhesion of dirt and water absorption to the plastered surface. Thanks to the contained biocidal product, the active ingredient of which is zinc pyrithione, silicone structural plaster PRO.KRATZ is resistant to mold (fungi), algae and bacteria.

Surface preparation: the substrate must be firm (not crumbly), dry and clean. Remove adhesion-reducing substances - oils, grease, dust, mortar residues, old peeling paint, chalky surfaces. Weak and porous surfaces must first be primed with PRO SILSIL primer, then primed with PRO UNIVERSAL GRUND, which increases adhesion to the surface, and immediately primes solid surfaces with PRO UNIVERSAL GRUND, which increases adhesion with the surface (if the decorative plaster is tinted, it is also recommended to tint the primer in a color corresponding to the decorative plaster) .

Working conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C, the optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity. Cement surfaces must be mature (apply PRO.KRATZ structural plaster on a new layer of plaster or reinforcement mixture no earlier than 28 days, and on concrete - no earlier than 90 days). Make sure that aggressive chemical substances do not migrate to the surface applied with structural plaster PRO.KRATZ. Do not work in direct sunlight, strong drafts, or rain. During drying, silicone structural plaster must be protected from direct sunlight and rain

Plastering: mix the plaster well before use. On the surface to be plastered, the plaster can be applied mechanized (spraying equipment) or applied manually (metal trowel) and leveled with a plastic trowel. If necessary, the plaster can be diluted with water up to 2% (up to 0.5 L of water can be added to 25 kg of plaster).

Costs: depending on fraction size: 1.0mm - 1.8-2.1kg/m² 1.5mm - 2.3-2.6kg/m²; 2.0mm – 3.1-3.4kg/m²; 2.5mm – 3.3-3.7kg/m²; 3.0mm – 4.6-5.0kg/m².

Drying time: at a temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 65%: ~48 hours. At lower air temperature or higher relative air humidity, the drying time is extended.

Cleaning tools: Rinse with water immediately after work.

Color: White, various shades available.

Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from freezing!

Technical data: binder - copolymer acrylic dispersion; density (comparative weight) – 1.8 kg/l; the content of non-volatile substances - 80%; fraction size - 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm; the diluent is water.

Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour plaster into drains, watercourses or soil. Harmful to aquatic organisms, causes long-term changes. Keep away from the environment. Dispose of contents/container at an approved waste disposal site. Try not to inhale the vapors. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children. EUH208 - May cause an allergic reaction. Contains 3(2H)isothiazolone, 5-chloro-2-methyl mixture with 2-methyl-3(2H)-isothiazolone, 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one, 2-octyl-2H-isothiazol-3 -one and 2,2-dibromo-3-nitrilepropionamide.
