SANITARY SILICONE

Field of application: sanitary units and kitchen sinks, sinks, bathtubs, shower cabins, etc. device edges and joints; connections and gaps of sewerage, heating and ventilation systems; for sealing window frames and glass joints, as well as other deformable cracks and seams.

Properties: elastic, adheres and hardens on various (except polyethylene) surfaces, does not paint, good resistance to UV rays, cleaners, acids and alkalis, resistant to aging processes and temperature changes from -40°C to +180°C, particularly good hardening on glass and glazed surfaces (enamel, tiles), specific smell.

Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be solid, clean, degreased, rust free, ferrous surfaces must be primed or painted. Before applying silicone to weak mineral surfaces, it is recommended to prime them with PRO primer UNIGRUNT.

Working conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C and not higher than +40°C, the optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity.

Application: Lubricate sealing surfaces or apply to a sealing joint, gap or seam.

Drying time: when the air temperature is +20°C and the relative air humidity is 65%, a 2 mm thick layer ~24 hours.

Tool cleaning: Uncured silicone sealant can be removed with a cloth moistened with white spirit, dried - only mechanically.

Color: white, colorless.

Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!

Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour into drains, watercourses or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep the container tightly closed in a well-ventilated area. Keep out of reach of children.
