TEXTURE VDP

Fields of application: for textured painting of plaster, gypsum board, brick masonry, concrete, mineral surfaces and various boards, for forming an embossed finishing layer indoors.

Properties: solvent-free, water-diluted, specific odor, easy to form and elastic, matte. For interior work.

Surface preparation: the base must be solid, dry and clean. Remove all adhesion-reducing materials - oil, dust, mortar, old peeling paint, chalky surface. Weak and porous surfaces should be primed first with PRO primer UNIGRUNT, then with PRO primer KONTAKT, which increases the adhesion to the surface, hard surfaces should be primed immediately with PRO primer KONTAKT (if textured paints are tinted, it is also recommended to tint the primer with the appropriate color).

Painting conditions: the base and ambient temperature during work and drying must be at least +5°C; optimum conditions are at +20°C and 65% RH. New plaster can be painted no sooner than after 14 days. Avoid direct sunlight and strong draughts.

Painting: it is recommended to use the paint of a single batch and single pigmentation for the same area. This will help to avoid different shades. Stir the paint well. Apply the paint evenly on the surface with a brush or roller. Form the applied layer with a roller or other tools.

Consumption: 0.7 - 1.3 kg / m², depending on the structure of the relief formed, consumption can change.

Drying time: at +20°C temperature and 65% relative air humidity, the paint is not sticky after 1 - 2 hour; paint repeatedly after 24 hours. Paint film gets it full firmness after at least 24 days.

Cleaning of tools: wash the tools with water immediately after use.

Storage and carriage conditions: at least + 5ºC and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!

Environmental and work safety: do not pour paint into drains, water reservoirs or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protective equipment. If swallowed, immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Keep away from children.

The volatile organic compounds: 1.1.1a) the VOC threshold limit – 30 g/l. The maximum in ready to use product 29.95 g/l.
