About product
Description

Field of application: structural plastering of plastered, concrete, silicate blocks, plasterboard, brickwork and other mineral surfaces. It is best suited for plastering insulated with mineral wool, as well as old facades plastered with mineral plaster. For outdoor and indoor work.

Features: Ready-to-use, made with an aqueous organo-silicate nano hybrid dispersion formed by combining silica nanoparticles with an acrylic copolymer. Thanks to this dispersion, a solid nano-structured film surface is created for NANO.KRATZ nano-silicone structural plaster, which gives the plaster durability, resistance to atmospheric effects and extremely reduces the adhesion of dirt to the surface. NANO.KRATZ nano-silicone structural plaster adheres well to the surface, has plasticity and mechanical strength due to the synthetic reinforcement fiber used, is easily applied and leveled, has a weak, specific smell, can be tinted. Silicone dispersion used in the production of plaster greatly improves the permeability of water vapor, and silicone additives reduce the absorption of water into the plastered surface. Thanks to the contained biocidal product, the active ingredient of which is zinc pyrithione, nano-silicone structural plaster NANO.KRATZ is resistant to mold (fungi), algae and bacteria.

Surface preparation: the substrate must be firm (not crumbly), dry and clean. Remove adhesion-reducing substances - grease, grease, dust, mortar residues, old peeling paint, chalky surfaces. Weak and porous surfaces must first be primed with PRO SILSIL primer, then primed with PRO UNIVERSAL GRUND, which increases adhesion to the surface, immediately prime hard surfaces with PRO UNIVERSAL GRUND, which increases adhesion with the surface (if the decorative plaster is tinted, it is also recommended to tint the primer in the color corresponding to the decorative plaster) .

Working conditions: the substrate and ambient temperature during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C, the optimal working conditions are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity. Do not work in direct sunlight, strong drafts, or rain. Cement surfaces must be mature (apply NANO.KRATZ structural plaster on a new plaster or reinforcement mixture layer no earlier than 28 days, and on concrete - no earlier than 90 days). Make sure that aggressive chemical substances do not migrate to the surface applied with structural plaster NANO.KRATZ.

Plastering: mix the plaster well before use. On the surface to be plastered, the plaster can be applied mechanized (spraying equipment) or applied manually (metal trowel) and leveled with a plastic trowel. If necessary, the plaster can be diluted with water up to 2% (up to 0.4 L of water can be added to 20 kg of plaster).

Costs: depending on fraction size: 1mm - 1.4-1.6 kg/m², 1.5mm - 1.8-2 kg/m²; 2.0mm - 2.3-2.5 kg/m²; 2.5mm - 2.7-2.9 kg/m²; 3.0mm - 3.0-3.3 kg/m².

Drying time: at a temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 65%: ~48 hours. At lower air temperature or higher relative air humidity, the drying time is extended.

Cleaning tools: Rinse with water immediately after work.

Color: White, various shades available.

Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!

Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour plaster into drains, watercourses or soil. Harmful to aquatic organisms, causes long-term changes. Keep away from the environment. Dispose of contents/container at an approved waste disposal site. Try not to inhale the vapors. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children. EUH208 - May cause an allergic reaction. Contains: 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one, 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one and 2,2',2''-(Hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine-1, 3,5-triyl)triethanol
